Many people try to change themselves when their surroundings may also be calling for attention. Following Regenerative Field Design, clients have described, among other things:
“We have lived here for 30 years. Only now do we experience the house as alive.”
“I experience the home as supporting the goals I have for my life.”
“Many things have fallen into place. It feels like my home now.”
“I went from scepticism to noticing the nights when I slept through.”
Free Resonance Report
How do you experience the interplay between your environment, your energy and your everyday life?
Receive a professional assessment of the relationship between you and your home, business or landscape.
Does Your Home Feel Heavy, Unsettled or Draining?
You may have the right job, the right partner and the home you have long wanted, yet still experience tiredness, difficulty focusing or restlessness.
Many people first look for the explanation within themselves. But sometimes, it may also be relevant to examine the environmental and atmospheric conditions that form the framework of everyday life.
A Resonance Report or a Regenerative Field Analysis explores how you experience the interplay between the place and:
- well-being
- energy
- focus
- decisions
- relationships
- the sense of belonging
Two places may look identical on paper yet be experienced very differently.
What Is a Resonance Report?
A Resonance Report is a practice-based and atmospheric assessment of the interplay between people and environment.
Its purpose is to explore how the place is experienced as supportive or challenging in relation to:
- well-being
- daily energy
- mental clarity
- decision-making
- calm and balance
The report offers a new perspective on the surroundings in which you live and work. It is not a medical examination or diagnosis.
What Do I Examine?
The analysis may include:
- the environment’s registered energy level
- resonance points within the building
- areas experienced as strengthening or draining
- the interplay between people and place
- possible regenerative development potential
How Is the Analysis Conducted?
The Resonance Report is based on a combination of observation, practice-based analysis and testing of the relationship between people and their surroundings.
The analysis explores how a place is experienced in relation to well-being, focus, energy, restoration and human development. The methods used illuminate different aspects of the interplay between people and environment.
Resonance Analysis
Resonance analysis concerns the relationship between the user and the environment.
The work seeks to identify areas where the place is experienced as supportive or challenging in relation to, for example, well-being, development, collaboration, focus or restoration.
The interplay between person, place, time and use is examined. The analysis is therefore not limited to the building’s physical characteristics.
Kinesiological Testing
Kinesiological testing methods may be used as a supplement.
Within this practice, the methods are used as exploratory and decision-supporting tools for registering bodily responses in relation to particular environmental conditions.
The results are not interpreted as medical measurements or diagnoses. They form one of several sources of information within the overall assessment.
Imprints and Environmental History
Some places may be experienced as shaped by previous uses, events or residents.
The analysis therefore also explores whether atmospheric patterns or imprints can be identified that appear relevant to the present use of the place.
The registrations are treated as working hypotheses and assessed in relation to the function and history of the place and the users’ own experiences.
QU and Energy Level
As part of the analysis, the environment’s energy level may be registered in QU.
QU is Blissbode’s internal reference unit and is used to describe registered differences in vitality, support or burden between areas at the same location.
QU is not a recognised medical or scientific unit of measurement. The registration is used as an internal comparative tool within Blissbode’s method.
Regenerative Potential
The primary purpose of the analysis is not only to identify challenges, but also to reveal possibilities.
The report may therefore identify:
- existing resources
- strengthening areas
- untapped possibilities
- suggestions for harmonisation
- regenerative interventions that may support the experience of well-being, focus and quality of life
The aim is to develop surroundings that are experienced as more coherent and supportive of the user.
What If Your Environment Is Working Against You?
Most people try to optimise themselves. Fewer examine the surroundings they encounter every day.
Following atmospheric processes, clients have described experiences including:
- greater calm
- more energy
- greater clarity
- a more supportive atmosphere
- a stronger sense of belonging
These experiences are individual and cannot be regarded as a guarantee of particular results.

I will then examine the place’s registered potential, burdens and regenerative possibilities and send you your personal Resonance Report.
Perhaps the next step is not only to change yourself. Perhaps the next step is also to understand your environment.
Blissbode develops practice-based methods that are undergoing active research development and validation, including through the Resonant Living Project™. The work complements, but does not replace, relevant medical, psychological, geological, electromagnetic or building-related professional advice.
