From a residential project in 2024.
Field Insight
Care is a strength. But when responsibility for others continues to grow, the home can begin to reflect and reinforce the same movement.
In this project, one resident described an everyday life characterised by extensive responsibility for children, grandchildren and other family members. The other resident experienced the overall situation as emotionally burdensome.
The atmospheric analysis registered a recurring immaterial imprint in both the home and the garden. The imprint was interpreted as a maternal dynamic of care that resonated with the resident’s own patterns and was present in several areas of the property.
When Care Needs New Boundaries
Through atmospheric fieldwork, the registered structures were worked with to create greater clarity, boundaries and balance within the home’s overall field.
Blissbode’s internal QU registration indicated a change from minus 6,650 QU to plus 800 QU. QU is used as an internal reference unit for comparing registered atmospheric qualities before and after the fieldwork. It is not a medically or scientifically recognised unit of measurement.
As part of the process, an individual consciousness point was established for the other resident. The point was designed to support clearer individual grounding and a more balanced atmospheric dynamic between the residents.
Result
Following the intervention, the home was experienced as calmer, clearer and less characterised by the previous dynamic of care.
For the first time, one resident described an experience of not constantly having to give more. The other experienced greater space and less emotional burden within the home.
The process illustrates how a home can reflect patterns of care and relational dynamics, and how atmospheric fieldwork can open up a different experience of boundaries, support and personal space.
A supportive home does not remove care. It creates space for care to include the person who gives it.
Is Your Home Carrying More Responsibility Than You Want?
A home may appear visually calm while still being experienced as shaped by old roles, obligations or relational patterns.
A Resonance Report can offer an initial insight into the atmospheric conditions shaping your home and reveal possibilities for greater clarity, balance and individual grounding.
